What is Acorn Body Care Inc's return policy?
Unconditional Money Back Guarantee:
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you may return it for up to 30 days after purchase date.
Please follow these easy steps to return an item:
1. Email us (DO NOT CALL) at service@acornbodycare.com.
2. Provide the following information in your email: Your name, order number, reason and item you are returning.
3. You will then, within five business days, receive an RMA number and email confirmation with shipping instructions.
4. Along with your return, provide a copy of the entire email correspondence including your original email.
You MUST receive an RMA number and email confirmation and include the email in your return.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt. We will not honor returns that do not have email confirmations.
Acorn Body Care, Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. The amount refunded will be for the cost of product minus the original shipping cost incurred by Acorn Body Care for free shipping items. We may refund the cost of return shipping up to the flat rate of USPS shipping cost at our discretion.
If a customer returns an item without paying for postage on his/her end and we are required to make a trip to the post office to pick it up, there will be a fee of between $10 and $20 imposed for our time deducted from the amount original price of the item returned.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on items that are ordered by error.
Clarisonic Skin Care Brushing Systems are returnable within the first thirty (30) days directly to Clarisonic. Clarisonic will send you either a replacement in the event of malfunction or a refund, whichever you prefer. They will supply you with a return label to send the item back to the company so there is no cost to you.
PFB Vanish is returnable at any time if dissatisfied.
