What is Acornbodycare.com's exchange policy?

Exchange Policy:
You may exchange unopened items for up to 15 days from purchase date.
Please follow these easy steps to exchange an item:
Email us at service@acornbodycare.com.
2. Provide the following information in your email: Your name, order number, reason and item you are returning and what you want in its place.
3. You will then, within five business days, receive an RMA number and email confirmation with shipping instructions.
4. Along with your returned item, provide a copy of the entire email correspondence including your original email.
5. Upon receipt, we will credit your account so that you can conveniently shop for something else either at that time or in the future. Exchanges are processed within ten days of receipt, usually sooner.
ACCOUNT CREDITS NEVER EXPIRE.
We will not honor exchanges that do not have email confirmations. We do not offer refunds.
Acornbodycare.com is not responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges. If no shipping was charged on the original order in cases where the order was eligible for free shipping, the amount refunded towards the exchange will be for the cost of the returned product the original shipping cost incurred by Acornbodycare.com. We may credit the cost of return shipping up to our flat rate of USPS shipping cost at our discretion.
We will not pay shipping fees that are in excess of our standard mail rates.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
If you exchange an item from an order that qualified for a free gift with purchase you must also return the free item if the price of the return item reduces the total purchase price below the price that qualified the order for the gift. The gift item must be unused and unopened and in sellable condition otherwise the cost of the gift item will be deducted from the amount eligible for exchange.
